Timing
Best time to take
Most people inject first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, or before bed. Morning dosing mimics your body's natural GH pulse and avoids potential sleep disruption. Evening/bedtime dosing can enhance the natural nighttime GH surge during deep sleep.
With food?
Best taken on an empty stomach. Insulin and blood sugar spikes from food can blunt HGH's effects. Wait at least 30-60 minutes after injection before eating, especially carbohydrates. Some users inject 2-3 hours after their last meal.
If stacking
If combining with peptides like CJC-1295 or Ipamorelin, you can inject at the same time but use different sites. Space HGH away from meals by at least 30 minutes. If using insulin (only under medical supervision), timing becomes critical—consult a physician.

What you need
Example
If you have a 10 IU vial and add 1mL of BAC water, you get 10 IU/mL. Each 0.1mL (10 units on an insulin syringe) equals 1 IU of HGH. For a 2 IU dose, you'd draw 0.2mL (20 units).
For a 2 IU dose at 10 IU/mL concentration: draw 0.2mL (20 units on a standard insulin syringe with 100 unit markings). Always double-check your math—HGH is expensive and you don't want to waste it or underdose.

Management: Reduce dose or split into two daily injections. Wrist splints at night can help. Usually resolves when dose is lowered.
Headaches
Mild to moderate headaches are common in the first few weeks as your body adjusts to increased GH levels [6].
Management: Stay well-hydrated, manage stress, and give your body time to adapt. Persistent or severe headaches should prompt a dose reduction and medical evaluation.

Interactions
With other peptides
