Administration Guidelines
Injection Sites
- Primary sites: Abdomen (2 inches from navel) or outer thigh
- Alternative sites: Upper arms (if someone else is injecting)

- Clean injection site with alcohol swab before each injection
Rotation Schedule
- Rotate between left and right sides of abdomen
- Move injection site at least 1 inch from previous injection
- Keep a simple injection log to track sites used
- Allow each site to rest for at least 48-72 hours
Timing
- Take on empty stomach (60 minutes before or after food)
- Best times: morning (fasted), post-workout, before bed
